By accessing this store or purchasing a product from Feng Shui Life, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this store.

Products and personalization
We sell personalized digital Chinese Zodiac and Five Elements reports. No physical product is included. Customers must provide an accurate report name, Gregorian date of birth, working email address, and the required cultural-use acknowledgement. Production and delivery may be delayed when information is missing or unclear.

Cultural and entertainment disclaimer
The reports are inspired by Chinese Zodiac culture, the Five Elements, folk symbolism, and reflective storytelling. They are provided for entertainment, cultural appreciation, personal reflection, and gift customization only. They are not medical, psychological, financial, legal, relationship, career, investment, or other professional advice. They do not predict or guarantee health, wealth, compatibility, luck, timing, future events, or any other outcome.

V1 uses the customer's Gregorian birth date to determine the lunar-year zodiac sign and the Heavenly Stem year element. It is not a complete Four Pillars or BaZi analysis and does not include birth time, birthplace, Day Master, luck cycles, or future predictions.

Delivery
After cleared payment and receipt of complete information, the personalized PDF is normally emailed within 1-3 business days. Customers are responsible for providing a working email address and checking spam or promotions folders.

License and intellectual property
The purchased report is licensed for the customer's personal, non-commercial use. Customers may print or privately share their own report or a report purchased as a gift. Store content, report templates, artwork, and written material may not be resold, redistributed, republished, copied for commercial use, or used to create competing products without written permission.

Payments, cancellations, revisions, and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout. Cancellations, corrections, and refunds are handled under our Refund & Revision Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Prohibited use
Customers may not misuse the store, submit unlawful or harmful content, interfere with store operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services in violation of applicable law.

Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Feng Shui Life is not responsible for decisions or outcomes based on cultural or reflective report content. Our responsibility for a purchased report is limited to correction, redelivery, or an appropriate refund as described in our published policies.
