Refund & Revision Policy

Each report is personalized and created from customer-submitted information. Customers may request cancellation for a full refund before production begins.

After production begins, refunds are not normally available for a change of mind. If we make an error, deliver a damaged or unreadable file, or fail to deliver the purchased report, we will correct the report, resend the file, or provide an appropriate refund.

If the customer entered the report name or birth date incorrectly, one complimentary correction is available when requested by replying to the delivery email within 7 days. A request to create a report for a different person or a different birth date is treated as a new order.

Refund timing depends on the payment provider and the customer's bank. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
