Digital Product & Delivery Policy

Feng Shui Life sells personalized digital reports. No physical product will be shipped.

After payment and receipt of complete customer information, we normally prepare and email the personalized PDF within 1-3 business days. Delivery is made to the email address entered at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a working email address and checking spam or promotions folders.

Production begins only after we have the report name and Gregorian date of birth. If required information is missing or unclear, we will contact the customer by email and the delivery period will begin after the corrected information is received.

If a report has not arrived after 3 business days, contact us with the Shopify order number. Do not send identity documents; we only need the order number, report name, and Gregorian birth date.

Because this is a digital product, no shipping address, carrier, tracking number, customs charge, or physical delivery applies.
